Construction of the Pacific Khamsin commenced in Fall 2011 at Samsung Heavy Industries in South Korea. Delivery of the rig is expected the second quarter of 2013.  Following mobilization, the rig will work for Chevron in the Gulf of Guinea under a two year contract.
